The Fire Company shall provide protection of life and property from fire, accident, and/or natural disaster to the residents of Lower Paxton Township. The Fire Company shall also actively maintain mutual-aid agreements with surrounding communities. The Fire Company shall respond to all calls for assistance in a timely and safe manner and render aid using prescribed firefighting and rescue methods. The Fire Company shall provide other services to the public in addition to emergency assistance.  These services shall include, but not be limited to, fire survey for emergencies, courtesy fire safety inspections for homes and businesses, standby services, and public fire safety education both in the schools and civic organizations.
